Access Bars
Access Bars is a gentle energy modality using light touch on 32 points of the head to release stress, limiting thoughts, and stored tension. Sessions offer deep relaxation, clarity, and emotional reset. Each session is 60 minutes and available in-home, depending on your location.

Yoga for Mental Health
A gentle return to yourself, at your own pace, in your own way. These personalised, trauma-informed yoga sessions support anxiety, grief, or trauma through breath, movement, and grounding practices. Held with care and compassion, they offer space to reconnect with your body, honour your healing, and remember your inner strength. Reach out to find what feels right for you.

Woman's Circle
A sacred space to reconnect, express, and be held. Join us monthly for a gentle, heart-led Sister Circle: where women gather to share, move, reflect, and remember they’re not alone. Held on the first Saturday of each month from 10:30–12:30, with tea and nourishing snacks to follow. Booking is essential, please reach out to join this grounding and soulful gathering.

Full Moon Gatherings
A (w)holy pause to illuminate, release, and realign. Each Full Moon invites reflection and renewal. In this 2-hour ceremony, we move through Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, journaling, and elemental rituals to soothe the nervous system, explore lunar themes, and reconnect with our wholeness. Dates shift with the moon. Booking is essential to join this sacred circle of remembrance.
